Note:  Warranty is void if the capacitor box cover is removed.

Consoliphase® Rotary Phase Converters are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  All warranty repair work will be performed at our facility in Denver. Warranty does not include costs to ship the unit to our facility or return to the customer.  Should any problem arise within the warranty period, notify our service department at (303) 296-9792.  The Consoliphase® warranty does not cover any damages to the phase converter that occur due to improper installation.  This warranty does not cover damage to driven equipment due to phase converter failure for any reason.
